Ossia and Cast present ...
Would you like to be involved in making, directing,
acting or work on the sound, stage and lighting in your
own musical?
Would you like a chance to make a lot of new friends?
Would you like to perform the show in front of a live
audience, while it's recorded for prosperity?
Then why not sign up for our week-long fun event that
will make all your dreams come true?
- Open to boys and girls aged from 7 to 16
- You don't have to be a good singer although it might
help
- Nor do you have to be able to act. But, if you have
some skill and experience that's even better!
- It is a very busy, hectic, exciting week
- All you need to bring is enthusiasm and a wish to
enjoy a week of absolute mayhem!
- EVERYONE is included in the Musical.
- you'll be involved
in a series of high energy, hands-on, specialist activity
workshops, tailored to your needs and designed to develop
key theatrical skills.
- you will work
with others to devise, act or direct, stage and light
your own small group performance, putting into practice
what you have learned in the mornings.
The week will end on a real high as you perform your
unique show to an eager and enthusiastic audience of
family and friends. Whether you're on stage or operating
the lighting, whether you're an extrovert or shy, you
will have your own role in putting on a one-off performance
to demonstrate to other people what you and your friends
have been doing.
The week has been devised and will be led by Cast Stage
School and Ossia Music School, who between them have
clocked up over thirty years experience of creating
and delivering high-quality performing arts projects
in theatre venues, schools and halls across Northern
Ireland.
