Booking Conditions

1. Confirmation

The completed booking form must be accompanied by a deposit of £25.00 per child, per week. We will work out the deposit due and deduct that amount from your credit card. Please note that this payment is regarded by us as your acceptance of the Booking Conditions and is non-refundable.

Your child's course will be confirmed after we receive your booking form and have deducted the deposit. A letter of confirmation with further information and details of the balance payment will be mailed to you within 21 days of receipt of your application. A £5.00 administration fee will apply if a copy of this letter is subsequently requested.

2. Cancellation

If you have to cancel a booking you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. Unless written notification of cancellations is received, a booking will stand. All cancellations will be acknowledged by us and are subject to the following charges:

  • 56 - 29 days - 30% of course fee
  • 28 - 15 days - 50% of course fee
  • 15 - 1 day - 75% of course fee
  • On, or after commencement date - 100% of course fee

3. Payment

All balances must be paid by 31 May 2009. Parents whose deposit is paid online using a credit card will automatically have their balance deducted from the same credit card, during the last week of May, unless a preferred alternative is arranged with Paul Acheson before May 24. Your balance payment will be acknowledged by email. Places cannot be guaranteed if the balance has not been received by the date due. Full payment is due for all courses booked after May 31. We will work out the total amount due and deduct it accordingly.

4. Personal Property

Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, CD players and ipods, personal video games, mobile phones, designer clothes/shoes/trainers etc. should not be brought to camp as they are often inappropriate for use during activity sessions. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to any property belonging to participants.

5. Unsuitability

We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person, at any time prior to, or during the course, if in our opinion, that person is not compatible with the general enjoyment and objective of the course, and no refund of the course will be made.

6. Photography

Please inform Paul Acheson if you do not want your child's photograph taken, as photographs taken during the coming summer may be used in future brochures.
